Processing & Dispatch
We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy times, such as sales events, dispatch may take a little longer.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options
We offer tracked shipping across Australia:
Standard Shipping: $7.00 flat rate (estimated 2–8 business days)
Express Shipping: $10.00 flat rate (estimated 2–4 business days)
Enjoy free standard shipping when you spend $99 or more.
Please note: If you’re located in a regional or remote area (for example, Far North Queensland or country WA), delivery may take longer, typically up to 7–10 business days.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only ship within Australia. We are focused on delivering the best possible service locally, but we hope to offer international shipping soon.
Important Information
Once we have handed your parcel to Australia Post, delivery times and handling are out of our control. While we package your order with care, we cannot take responsibility for delays, damages or losses that may occur during transit. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates based on Australia Post guidelines.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your delivery is delayed beyond the usual timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
